What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Direct and manage sales teams interfacing with end users, OEMs, and distributors
Collaborate with regional sales directors and national accounts to develop effective sales strategies
Execute business strategic plans and provide voice of customer input to leadership
Coach and develop sales talent while managing performance evaluations and talent assessments
Facilitate regional meetings and lead customer-related training sessions
What is Required (Qualifications)
BS in Industrial Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred
10+ years of experience in vertical sales, preferably in the power transmission industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to travel up to 40%
Strong analytical skills and knowledge of industry and channel dynamics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in leading high-performing sales teams
Proven ability to build strategic relationships with C-level executives
Familiarity with CRM tools and KPI usage for coaching sellers
Background in factory automation or related sectors
