What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead and execute sales strategies to drive growth within the Defense vertical
Collaborate with regional sales directors and national accounts to enhance market share
Provide Voice of the Customer (VOC) input to Business Unit Leadership
Manage performance evaluations and development of sales teams
Facilitate customer-related training and maintain C-level relationships with key accounts
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in vertical sales, preferably in the Power Transmission industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to travel up to 40%
Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking abilities
