Job Responsibilities

Direct and manage a team of Area Account Managers to drive market share growth

Develop and execute short and long-term sales strategies in alignment with Business Unit objectives

Collaborate effectively with Vertical Sales Directors and National Accounts Director

Serve as the escalation point for sales associates and internal customer issues

Coach, train, and develop sales talent within the organization

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technologies, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Distribution, or a related field preferred

10+ years of experience in the Power Transmission industry, with at least 2 years of sales management experience preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Ability to travel up to 40%

Strong performance management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in vertical industries related to power transmission

Proven track record of successfully managing sales teams

Familiarity with CRM tools for opportunity management

Participation in trade organizations or industry leadership roles

Strong networking skills with C-level executives
