Serve as the primary technical liaison for multiple B2B partners, addressing their unique needs and inquiries Validate and assess reported technical issues before escalating to engineering, ensuring comprehensive documentation Improve intake workflows and triage mechanisms to enhance consistency and efficiency across partner interactions Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer experience teams to refine service expectations and communication standards Advocate for partner needs while maintaining alignment and ownership across various technical workstreams Qualifications

Proven experience in roles such as Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or similar hybrid technical-customer role Strong judgment skills for evaluating issue severity and operational urgency Excellent communication skills to build trust with partners and internal teams Technical fluency, including experience with logs, data analysis, APIs, and monitoring tools Strong organizational skills to manage multiple partners and prioritize requests effectively Preferred Qualifications

Intermediate or advanced SQL skills with experience in data analysis or BI tools Familiarity with API debugging and SaaS platform operations Experience optimizing ticketing and triage systems like Zendesk or Jira Background in improving cross-functional workflows or partner-facing operations at scale
