Job Description Job Summary As a Trial Attorney, you will be at the forefront of legal advocacy, representing clients in various complex legal matters. Your expertise will span multiple areas of law. You will engage in litigation, negotiate settlements, and provide comprehensive legal advice to ensure the best outcomes for your clients. Your role is pivotal in navigating the intricacies of the legal system while advocating for justice and fairness. What you’ll do Represent clients in pre and post court proceedings to achieve favorable outcomes. Conduct thorough legal research using Westlaw to support case strategies. Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts with precision. Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases involving personal injury law, employment law and medical malpractice Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication and support throughout their legal journey. Basic qualifications Texas Bar or Plan on same. Preferred qualifications Experience in litigation across multiple areas of law Strong negotiation skills and Proficiency in legal drafting Previous experience in a law office setting About us Join a dynamic team where your contributions make a real difference.
