Opportunity The AI Finance Senior Manager is a pivotal role supporting the Finance Applications Data Lead in executing the overall data management strategy for finance applications. The successful candidate will leverage deep expertise in finance applications (planning, reporting, close/consolidation) alongside enterprise data management, data governance, data quality, master data management, Machine Learning, and Generative AI (Gen AI) to support key finance personas. One key responsibility is developing and implementing the “FDL consulting blueprint” service offering, creating an industry‑agnostic data model that ensures data consistency and interoperability across finance applications.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with finance, IT, and data science teams to manage and utilize finance application data, using ML, Gen AI, and Azure data technologies to drive innovation and business value.
Lead the design and delivery of system architecture solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
Tailor technology platforms to business processes, ensuring clients maximize investment through effective use and continuous improvement.
Manage complex processes, solutions, and projects while maintaining focus on quality and risk management.
Support Data Management Strategy Execution, including defining data requirements, architecture, and models for finance applications; design and implement extensible common information model for the FDL Blueprint.
Develop and maintain documentation such as data dictionaries, entity‑relationship diagrams, and data lineage maps.
Collaborate with data scientists and finance SMR’s across service lines to identify opportunities for ML and Gen AI techniques to finance applications.
Support the establishment and maintenance of a robust data governance framework for the FDL, staying current with latest advancements in ML, Gen AI, Data Management, and Azure technologies.
Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships; travel as required for client engagements.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum of seven years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), with expertise in strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and reporting.
Strong proficiency with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platforms such as Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud Suite, OneStream, Tagetik, or similar.
Solid understanding of financial data architecture and governance, including financial data modeling, chart of accounts structuring, data quality standards, master data management, and financial application modeling.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and adapt to emerging technologies.
Willingness to travel to meet client needs.
Ideally You’ll Also Have
Additional degree emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, MIS, or IT.
Experience leading diverse teams in dynamic environments.
Exceptional interpersonal skills fostering client trust and team collaboration.
