Responsibilities
Retain customers by understanding their satisfaction levels and addressing reasons for service disconnection
Drive sales by connecting with existing customers and recommending suitable Xfinity solutions
Build consultative relationships with customers to resolve issues and enhance their experience
Utilize various communication platforms (phone, SMS, email) to interact with customers and assist with inquiries
Educate customers on self-service options and promote the benefits of Xfinity products and services
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
0-2 years of relevant work experience in customer service or sales
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and manage customer interactions in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to de-escalate customer complaints
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the telecommunications or media industry
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and sales tools
Proven track record of meeting performance metrics in a sales or customer service role
Strong interest in technology and digital tools
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
