SAP - Supply Chain Sales Lead - Senior Manager - Consulting Location: OPEN Apply to join EY as a Senior Manager in our Technology practice, leading SAP Supply Chain sales initiatives and delivering complex engagement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.

Oversee program/project management, ensuring engagement economics are met.

Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications and verify that new technology solutions satisfy those requirements.

Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver effective system architecture solutions.

Maintain a strong focus on quality and risk management throughout the engagement.

Skills & Attributes

Lead large‑scale sales pursuits across Consumer Business, Manufacturing, Technology, or Industrial Products sectors.

Identify and generate new business opportunities by understanding EY’s service lines and proactively assessing client needs.

Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients at all levels, including CXOs.

Develop market insights and create a robust pipeline with sector alliance leads and SAP solution capabilities.

Leverage an integrated sales framework to drive large‑scale SAP pursuits and deliver innovative solutions.

Motivate diverse sales pursuit teams, providing constructive feedback and coaching.

Show in‑depth SAP solution capabilities and strong business acumen.

Maintain excellent communication skills, influencing and negotiating effectively.

Possess strong technical skills in application functional design and technology business requirements definition.

Analyze and map technology cost‑benefit scenarios and configure system design.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

Minimum of 15 years related work experience.

Minimum of 10 years driving large SAP sales initiatives in relevant sectors.

Proven ability to build and develop SAP market presence and pipeline.

Minimum of 10 years experience in SAP Supply Chain management programs.

Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.

Experience managing SAP projects or work streams with oversight of project‑based team members.

Knowledge of SAP Supply Chain best practices, including benchmarking and advisory experience.

Proficiency in researching client inquiries and emerging issues.

Willingness to travel 40‑60% of the time.

Desired Experience

Prior consulting industry experience.

Leading primary sales initiatives for SAP Supply Chain and other SAP solutions.

Track record of leading SAP Supply Chain projects.

Experience with at least three full lifecycle implementations of SAP ERP (ECC and/or S/4HANA) within Supply Chain modules.

Integration experience with SAP IBP, MES, and SAP QM.

Knowledge of manufacturing operations for complex equipment or assembly line environments.

Understanding of BOM and product lifecycle management.

Experience with Make to Stock and Make/Engineer/Configure to Order business models.

Benefits & Compensation

Competitive base salary ranging from $171,600 to $392,100 for U.S. locations; higher ranges for major metro areas.
