Join EY as a Senior Manager in our Technology practice, focused on delivering strategic SAP Supply Chain solutions to help clients transform their operations. This role will drive complex engagements, manage client relationships, and translate business requirements into effective technology solutions. Your Key Responsibilities
Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis. Oversee program/project management, ensuring engagement economics are met. Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements. Skills & Attributes for Success
Lead large‑scale sales pursuits across Consumer Business, Manufacturing, Technology or Industrial Products sectors. Identify and generate new business opportunities by understanding EY’s service lines and proactively assessing client needs. • Cultivate long‑term relationships with clients across various sectors, building trust at all levels, including CXOs. Develop market insights by aligning SAP solutions with client contexts and strategies. Lead and motivate diverse sales pursuit teams, providing constructive feedback and coaching. Demonstrate strong SAP solution capabilities and business acumen; stay informed on industry trends. Monitor risk, keep stakeholders informed, and assure high‑quality client service. Strong communication skills to influence and negotiate effectively. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred). At least 15 years of related work experience. Minimum 10 years driving large SAP Sales initiatives for Consumer, Manufacturing, Technology, or Industrial Products sectors. Proven ability to build and grow SAP market presence through solution alignment. Minimum 10 years in SAP Supply Chain management programs. Strong written, verbal, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills. Experience managing SAP projects/work‑streams, overseeing project‑based teams. Knowledge of SAP Supply Chain best practices and advisory experience. Research proficiency on client inquiries, regulations, and emerging technologies. Flexibility to travel 40‑60% of the time. Ideal Qualifications
Prior consulting industry experience. Experience leading primary sales initiatives for SAP Supply Chain and other SAP. Track record of leading Supply Chain projects utilizing SAP. At least three full‑lifecycle implementations of SAP ERP (ECC/S/4HANA) focused on Supply Chain modules. Integration experience with IBP, MES, and SAP QM. Knowledge of manufacturing operations in complex industrial environments. Understanding of BOM and manufacturing lifecycle models. Experience with MTS and Make/Engineer/Configure to Order models.
