What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and implement effective business and territory call plans to maximize customer engagement
Build relationships with customers through virtual and face‑to‑face interactions, ensuring clear communication and follow‑up
Deliver targeted messaging using approved materials to drive product demand and support customer needs
Educate healthcare providers on product value propositions and relevant disease states
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address customer inquiries and enhance business objectives
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree OR an associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience; OR high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales
Proven history of success in marketing, promotional, or sales roles with strong territory management skills
Must reside within 50 miles of the territory border
Valid US driver’s license and driving record compliant with company standards
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
3-5 years of specialty marketing/promotional/sales experience
Strong knowledge of disease states, therapeutic areas, and products
Experience working with key thought leaders or high influence customers
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence customers throughout the sales process
Strong organizational and analytical skills
