Centerpoint
is a 16-bed Intensive Residential Treatment Program (IRTP) for emotionally disturbed adolescent males. The primary mission of Centerpoint is the treatment and rehabilitation of adolescent males with mental illness and challenging behaviors. Centerpoint provides a secure, clinically intensive residential program that enhances growth and coping skills. The program’s ultimate goal is to enable each resident to attain optimal psychological and social growth; to transition to a less restrictive setting and eventually into the greater community.
The ideal
Nursing Director
will be a team player capable of effectively leading and working within and across departments. The Director of Nursing will function as part of the Centerpoint Program administrative team, and working to ensure that all aspects of the program are functioning optimally and that all students’ needs are being met.
Compensation The pay range for this position is
$90,000
to
$125,000
per
year . The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.
Requirements
Massachusetts RN license
DMH licensed and Joint Commission accredited.
Nursing management experience preferred.
Residential program or mental health program experience preferred; experience working with specialized adolescent populations preferred.
Meet programs background and driving record check requirements.
Position includes weekend and evening hours, as well as on-call responsibilities as needed.
Organized and detail-orientated.
Have the ability to work independently.
Follow policies about medical and clinical care.
Maintains valid driver’s license.
Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as necessary.
Qualifications Education Required Bachelors or better in Nursing.
