How You’ll Make An Impact
Prepare, Implement, monitor and review the HSE Plan on site.
Report monthly to Client and Project Management on HSE performance.
Provide expert advice to Project Management, Engineers, Subcontractors, etc, and hold tool box talks & HSE meetings with all HSE representatives on site.
Monitor the work sites for unsafe practices and behaviors and ensure compliance with occupational health standards and welfare arrangements.
Ensure at all times that all sites are operating in line with the QA procedures, statutory, regulatory and EHS requirements.
Abide by and comply with the Siemens Compliance and Business Conduct Guidelines.
Always work and act as team-player and constant sense of mutual support.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
NEBOSH International General Certificate or NEBOSH Construction Certificate.
Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in HSE roles.
Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Proven leadership skills in promoting compliance and safety culture.
Proactive problem-solving abilities and effective risk management skills.
