Seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist

Responsibilities
- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
- Match clients with the best‑suit tax professional for their needs.
- Schedule clients as requested.
- Ensure all client needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
- Sales/marketing experience.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous experience in a customer service environment.
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Computer proficiency and ability to use Microsoft Office.

Pay Range
$11.00 - $27.00 per hour.
