What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including user support, content uploads, and reporting
Design and deliver engaging instructional materials and eLearning experiences across various topics
Support the evaluation, selection, and implementation of scalable eLearning content solutions
Collaborate with team members to ensure learning content aligns with the company's enterprise L&D strategy
Monitor learner engagement data and recommend enhancements to improve the overall learning experience
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in instructional design, learning technology, or L&D operations
Skilled in LMS administration and familiar with tools such as Articulate 360 or similar authoring platforms
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage learners in various settings
Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with a growth mindset
Collaborative and proactive, comfortable working across teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience facilitating learning sessions, both in person and virtually
Familiarity with content governance standards and best practices in learning technologies
