What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead and mentor a team of instructional designers and content developers to create effective technical learning materials
Oversee the design and development of various learning assets, including eLearning modules and hands‑on labs
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align enablement strategies with business priorities
Implement Agile methodologies to manage content creation and delivery timelines
Monitor content quality and effectiveness, iterating based on feedback and metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
5+ years of experience in instructional design or technical content creation, with at least 3+ years in a management role
Strong technical background in public cloud platforms and DevOps practices
Proven experience in technical enablement or training within a SaaS or cybersecurity environment
Expertise in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
Experience managing external vendors and optimizing operational budgets
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Passion for building high‑performing teams and fostering a creative culture
Experience with partner enablement programs and tiered certifications
Familiarity with measuring learning effectiveness and reporting on enablement ROI
Experience with cost modeling for cloud‑based infrastructure
Knowledge of AI and emerging technologies for content personalization
