Our client, a respected advisory firm, is seeking a Senior Client Associate to deliver exceptional service and trusted guidance to high-net-worth clients. This role combines comprehensive trust administration with proactive relationship management, ensuring smooth account operations and personalized support. The ideal candidate brings deep technical knowledge of trusts and estates along with proven success in client-facing roles.
Base pay range:
$95,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Manage trust and estate administration activities such as monitoring balances and processing distributions; coordinate account openings, closings, and asset transfers; oversee client onboarding and ensure accurate documentation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their external advisors; assist with investment recommendations and trade execution; support gifting activities and prepare related correspondence.
Maintain organized client records and ensure compliance with fiduciary standards; contribute to team projects and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of trust and estate processes and fiduciary principles.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and external advisors.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities accurately while adapting to shifting demands.
Professional discretion in handling confidential matters.
Proactive and collaborative mindset with internal motivation; strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in financial systems and standard office tools.
