$92,000 - $139,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies across manufacturing operations.

Identify and analyze process inefficiencies and bottlenecks, developing data‑driven solutions to optimize performance.

Develop, mentor, and train employees at all levels on continuous improvement principles, tools, and techniques.

Drive a culture of continuous improvement by promoting engagement, ownership, and problem‑solving at the operational level.

Establish metrics and tracking systems to monitor the progress and impact of continuous improvement initiatives, reporting on ROI.

Manage and prioritize a portfolio of continuous improvement projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.

Standardize best practices and processes across different production lines and facilities to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

5+ years of progressive experience in continuous improvement roles within a manufacturing environment.

Demonstrated expertise in applying Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S).

Proven ability to lead complex improvement projects from conception to successful, sustained implementation.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with proficiency in statistical analysis and data‑driven decision making.

Excellent communication, coaching, and change management skills to influence and train at all organizational levels.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with Theory of Constraints (TOC) or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).

Proficiency in advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or statistical software (e.g., Minitab).

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Experience integrating automation, IoT, or Industry 4.0 concepts into continuous improvement initiatives.
