Salary Range:
$91,000 - $138,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Identify and analyze process inefficiencies and waste across manufacturing operations.
Develop, implement, and sustain effective improvement strategies and solutions.
Provide training and coaching on continuous improvement tools and principles to employees.
Monitor, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to improvement initiatives.
Facilitate Kaizen events and workshops to drive rapid process improvements.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout the organization.
Recommended Qualifications
Extensive experience (5+ years) driving continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
Proven expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping).
Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex improvement projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to identify root causes and implement solutions.
Bonus Qualifications
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
Experience applying formal change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
Demonstrated experience integrating Industry 4.0 or Smart Factory concepts into CI initiatives
