Senior Manager, Technology Implementation
BetMGM is seeking a Senior Manager, Technology Implementation to drive the successful delivery, optimization, and adoption of enterprise workflow and productivity tools across the organization. This role will initially focus on leading a company-wide implementation of Adobe Workfront while aligning tool strategy to business objectives, consolidating overlapping tools, and establishing scalable processes to enhance cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
Lead the Workfront Implementation program by managing consultant resources and project stakeholders to ensure scope, timelines, and budget are adhered to and provide regular project updates to management and project stakeholders.
Oversee initiatives to improve existing enterprise tool workflows in ServiceNow, SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA, etc.
Develop a Workfront support structure to address business stakeholder inquiries and requests.
Serve as the first point of escalation for initiative roadblocks and/or risks.
Manage a Technology Implementation team by prioritizing and assigning Tech initiatives and tasks, and providing support and guidance throughout initiatives.
Review and finalize work products such as user guides, business communications, and process documents to ensure quality standards are adhered to.
Optimize tool rollouts by developing and/or coordinating rollout communications and training material to relevant stakeholders.
Maintain enterprise tools and Technology knowledge bases by meeting with stakeholders regularly to ensure tool configuration and documentation is continually aligned with business strategy.
Align with the Director of Technology Strategy and Transformation to understand the strategic needs of the business and Technology department and incorporate them into the Technology Implementation priorities.
Serve as the acting department lead when the Director of Technology Strategy and Transformation is unavailable by attending meetings, providing updates to senior leadership, and managing team members, when needed.
Provide direct line management by setting performance objectives and providing guidance and coaching to ensure set objectives are met.
Leverage data to create KPIs and dashboards to increase business visibility into overall Technology department performance and IT project performances.
Qualifications
Experience working on a Workfront implementation initiative is required.
5+ years of experience managing a team in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to inspire via superior communication & interpersonal skills are required, experience communicating and interacting with executive teams is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to deliver autonomously within provided timelines by scoping initiatives and developing and maintaining a comprehensive project schedule.
Proven leadership experience, especially in building, leading, and motivating teams.
Expertise and demonstrated success in resource optimization and reporting.
Experience rolling out enhancements to enterprise tools that promote workflow efficiencies.
Ability to successfully work across cultures and locations, driving team cohesion and effectiveness.
Demonstrated ability to successfully partner with a wide range of stakeholders including vendors, regulators, partners, and third parties.
Experience using tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Service Now, Trello, etc. to optimize team efficiency.
Experience working alongside global stakeholders.
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in business or Technology is preferred, but not required.
Experience in gaming, hospitality, retail, or similar industry preferred.
PMP certification is desired, but not required.
Compensation & Benefits The annual salary range for this position is $136K to $181K. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for participation in a performance‑based bonus plan.
