Primary Responsibilities
Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and timely completion of related reports to meet financial and operational goals.
Demonstrate Ollie’s “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” behaviors, ensuring consistent company standards in all Associate and Customer interactions.
Maintain store standards, seasonal transition planning, inventory processes, and company programs to meet operational expectations.
Develop and execute talent plans to promote associate growth.
Ensure proper scheduling and staffing to meet business needs.
Perform all functions to open and close the store when needed and any additional assigned duties.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday season, and regularly.
Valid driver’s license.
Physical Requirements
Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Push and pull up to 35 pounds.
Stand for extended periods and work safely.
