Position Summary Drive and implement the business plan for area of responsibility to achieve facility goals such as production, quality, safety, and operational improvements. Forecast staffing, workload and performance results to meet business demands. Prepare, review, and analyze business reports to identify and implement operational improvements. Monitor and ensure compliance with Logistics and company quality and safety standards, policies, procedures, and directives by developing, distributing, and maintaining procedures and supporting documentation. Resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns using own judgment or consulting others when needed. Supervise and manage associates and leaders by giving direction, monitoring performance, providing feedback, identifying training and development needs, and providing learning opportunities. Teach, support, and model Logistics and company policies and procedures, and participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching and evaluation of associates, leaders, and managers. Build high‑performing teams that embrace differences; create a culture of belonging, positivity, and impact. Attract, retain, and empower talent while maintaining integrity, ethics, and compliance. Serve our customers and members by delivering results, making data‑driven decisions, and balancing short‑ and long‑term priorities.
