Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple White or Green I projects under the Project Management Center of Excellence (PM CoE) Profile Matrix.
Lead project planning, scheduling, risk management, and cost controls to ensure successful project delivery.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
Apply project management principles with decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Support construction management activities and utility industry standards.
Preferred Qualifications
Utility project management experience, especially in transmission projects.
PMI (PMP or CAPM) Certification, CMII certificates, or Professional Engineer License.
Working knowledge or proficiency in project scheduling and cost controls.
Experience in utility industry and construction management.
Technical certifications and utility-specific training are a plus.
Proven collaborative team member with strong leadership qualities.
Working Conditions
Hybrid work environment combining remote and onsite work after onboarding.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
Bachelor’s degree from a two-year or four-year college/university.
Working knowledge of project management principles and tools.
Strong decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across teams.
