Carrollton, Texas , a well-established and growing restoration firm with multiple service lines.
Position Overview The
General Manager
will oversee day-to-day operations across multiple service lines including
Mitigation, Reconstruction, and Contents . Reporting directly to executive leadership, this individual will lead three directors and be responsible for driving growth, profitability, and operational consistency across the organization.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can balance
financial oversight, cultural leadership, and operational excellence , ensuring all departments align with company goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Culture
Lead with a
servant leadership mindset , promoting a people-first culture built on trust, communication, and accountability.
Develop, mentor, and coach the three department directors (Mitigation, Reconstruction, Contents) and their teams.
Maintain a strong and positive company culture while implementing accountability and performance standards.
Communicate company goals, strategy, and expectations effectively across all levels.
Oversee daily operations across multiple service lines ensuring efficiency, profitability, and adherence to KPIs.
Drive performance through data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor job costing, budgets, and P&L statements; ensure alignment with financial targets.
Develop and implement short- and long-term strategic plans for sustainable growth.
Business Development & Growth
Collaborate with leadership to grow each line of business organically through operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Evaluate new service opportunities and optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability.
Foster cross-department collaboration to improve service delivery and project outcomes.
Accountability & Performance
Establish, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for each department.
Conduct regular reviews with department directors to ensure performance metrics are met.
Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks while maintaining alignment with company objectives.
Client & Field Engagement
Spend approximately 10% of time in the field supporting directors and ensuring job site quality and safety standards.
Represent the company professionally in all customer and partner interactions.
Requirements Qualifications
Minimum
10 years of experience
in the service, restoration, or construction industry.
Proven success leading multi-division teams and managing P&L responsibility.
Demonstrated experience driving performance metrics and cultural engagement simultaneously.
Strong
financial acumen , including experience with budgets, job costing, and forecasting.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Servant leader with a reputation for developing talent and fostering teamwork.
Proficient in restoration industry tools, reporting software, and KPI tracking systems.
Must pass
Drug Screen ,
Background Check , and a
Clean DMV report .
Compensation
Competitive base salary: commensurate with experience.
Bonus opportunity: 30% – 60% of annual salary based on performance.
Insurance: Fortune 100 health policy including health vision and dental starting on the first of the month following start date.
401k: Match of 3% paid weekly with immediate vesting.
