Retail Inventory Associate – Mornings

Starting at $13.25 – $15.25 per hour.
Job Type
Part‑time (Early morning; flexible hours available).
Responsibilities
Count and record inventory with precision.
Follow a consistent workflow and playbook.
Move between inventory locations, typically walking or standing for extended periods.
Meet daily performance goals and pursue productivity‑based wage increases.
Act as the face of the organization and uphold core values of service, pride, integrity, results, innovation, and teamwork.
Qualifications
Minimum age of 18 years.
Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver, or warehouse roles is preferred but not required.
Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
Comfortable learning handheld scanners or counting tools.
Strong focus and attention to detail.
Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
Access to reliable transportation.
Open to candidates with no degree, returning to the workforce, military experience, or similar backgrounds.
