- Operate scanning equipment to digitize documents and ensure they are properly stored.
- Support team members by assisting with additional tasks as needed to maintain smooth office operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to create and edit documents efficiently.
- Strong communication skills for managing telephone inquiries and interacting with visitors.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties in a fast-paced office setting.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as scanners and printers.
