Responsibilities
Coach and train Inventory Associates – accuracy matters.
Follow a clear, consistent workflow – a playbook for success.
Lead & engage – serve as the primary point of contact for resolving event‑related concerns and executing directives from the District Manager.

Qualifications
Minimum 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least two years experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and time‑management skills.
Customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on solutions.
Flexible schedule with varying hours to support the District Manager.
Physical ability to stand, walk and remain active.
Comfort learning and training handheld scanners or count tools.
Strong focus and attention to detail.
Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

Access to reliable transportation.
Willing to submit to pre‑employment investigative consumer report and drug screen where required.
Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance or meeting WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.
Working Conditions Stand for prolonged periods; frequent walking; use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions; squatting, kneeling or crouching; use a ladder; lift and carry up to 25 lbs; travel by car and occasionally by plane including overnight stays.
