What You Will Do
Coach and train Inventory Associates—accuracy matters.
Follow a clear, consistent workflow—your playbook for success.
Lead and engage as the primary point of contact for event‑related concerns, supporting directives from the Area or District Manager while maximizing team productivity.

Team Requirements
Minimum 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and strong time‑management
Strong customer‑service and conflict‑resolution skills
Flexibility to work varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments
Physical ability to stand, walk, and remain active during shifts; comfortable using handheld scanners or count tools
Attention to detail and reliable attendance
Positive, team‑oriented attitude

Have military experience
Access to reliable transportation
Willingness to submit to pre‑employment investigative consumer reports and drug screening if required
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and/or meeting WIS fleet driver requirements may be required
Working Conditions This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, perform repetitive motions with both hands and wrists, frequently squatting, kneeling, or crouching, use ladders, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs, and travel via car and occasionally by plane with overnight stays.
