Base pay range
$70,000.00/yr - $74,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities
Process full-cycle payroll for
500+ employees
independently
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations across multiple states
Maintain payroll records, audit data, and reconcile discrepancies
Utilize
ADP Workforce Now
for payroll processing, reporting, and data management
Prepare and analyze payroll reports using
Excel
(VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
Partner with internal teams to resolve payroll-related inquiries promptly
Support year-end activities, including
W-2 processing
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all payroll matters
Must-Have Qualifications
3+ years of
stand-alone payroll processing experience
(not blended with HR or Accounting)
ADP Workforce Now
experience required
Proven ability to process payroll for
500+ employees
Demonstrated career stability and reliability
