What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage mid‑sized to large‑scale digital campaigns with budgets typically ranging from $500K to $1M+
Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans in collaboration with cross‑functional teams
Drive end‑to‑end execution of projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery
Serve as a key client point of contact, managing expectations and communication effectively
Identify and resolve project risks and blockers proactively
What is Required (Qualifications):
5‑7 years of experience in digital project or program management with ownership over large engagements
Proven experience managing single projects with budgets of $1M+ from start to finish
Deep understanding of performance marketing, including digital marketing strategy, media planning, and analytics
Proficient in project management tools like Jira, Trello, and G Suite
Excellent time management and communication skills in cross‑functional environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with agile, waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies
Strong financial awareness and experience managing project budgets
Experience mentoring junior project managers and contributing to team enablement
Ability to adopt new tools and practices that enhance efficiency and collaboration
