Accounts Payable Specialist
Exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable professional with real estate and Yardi experience. A real estate development company in Miami's Design District is seeking a motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Accounting team. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, this role involves coding invoices and processing payments for corporate and affiliated companies. Pay Range
Base: $65,000 - $75,000 per year. Additional compensation: annual bonus. 100% healthcare coverage. 401(k) with 25% match on first 6% of contributions. Key Responsibilities
Review and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness. Process, batch, scan, and input vendor invoices, expense reports, and check requests. Organize invoices based on payment terms and resolve discrepancies promptly. Prepare weekly check runs and maintain vendor contact lists, including obtaining updated W9s. Assist with month‑end closing by analyzing GL activity and vendor ledgers. Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain accounts payable files. Requirements
Proficiency in Yardi and Microsoft Office, with experience in banking software and online payment procedures. Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with departments and vendors. Employment Details
