We’re looking for an Entry‑Level Instrumentation and Controls Engineer who will work on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. You’ll have the chance to contribute to state‑of‑the‑art industrial and commercial facilities, manage challenging engineering tasks, and support on‑site activities during startup. As part of a collaborative, multi‑disciplinary team, you’ll help design and optimize control systems for a variety of processes. Your responsibilities include developing P&IDs, sizing valves, specifying instrumentation, documenting and modeling design information, and ensuring compliance with building codes and industry standards. Qualifications
Associate’s or Engineering Tech degree in Mechanical, Control Systems, or Electrical Engineering Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Control Systems, or Electrical Engineering (preferred) Working knowledge of Revit software (preferred) Engineer in Training (EIT) designation (preferred) Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Forward‑thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute innovative ideas Display rapid learning ability and drive to broaden knowledge base Ability to collaborate effectively in multi‑disciplinary teams Passion for buildings and construction Prior experience with DDC and PLC‑based control systems Experience with Data Center design or operations Benefits
