Responsibilities & Expectations

Diagnose and repair physical security systems at customer locations, restoring full functionality. Perform preventative maintenance as required by service contracts. Troubleshoot issues remotely using provided software and Internet connectivity. Travel to customer sites across Florida on a continuous day‑to‑day basis. Be on‑call for emergency service rotation at least twice a month. Research and resolve equipment issues independently. Execute special projects and assist with other technical support duties. Report operational matters to the Service Coordinator or Manager. Maintain strong organizational and time‑management skills; set priorities with minimal supervision. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree in computer networking or related field preferred). Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field (CCTV, access control, security systems). Strong background in low‑voltage electronics, relays, loops, and inputs/outputs. Experience installing and troubleshooting electronic security systems (video, access control, alarms). Proficient in computer networking, including IP configuration, DNS, VPN, and cabling (fiber, Cat5e). Ability to read schematics, understand relay logic, and use manufacturer‑specific software. Valid driver’s license, willing to travel across Florida and work nights/weekends as required. Physical ability to lift up to 75 lb, work outdoors in harsh environments, and climb ladders. Strong Microsoft Windows, Office skills and command‑prompt proficiency. Optional: gate service experience, hand‑held tools, network programming experience, and the ability to work independently or on a team. Benefits
