Leasing Analyst
Location: Miami, FL
Salary: $75,000 - $82,000 annually
Position Overview: The Leasing Analyst plays a critical role in lease administration, data integrity, and cross‑functional coordination between Real Estate, Finance, and Accounting. The position ensures lease obligations, critical dates, and financial data are accurate, timely, and consistently managed across all supported brands and locations.
Responsibilities
Maintain and manage lease data accuracy across systems.
Track and monitor critical lease dates, including commencing, expirations, renewals, and rent escalations.
Ensure lease terms are properly executed and reflected.
Support lease abstraction and documentation processes for new leases, amendments, and renewals.
Assist with CAM, rent, and other lease‑related charge verification and issue resolution.
Align lease information with accounting requirements and internal controls.
Support reporting needs for leadership related to lease milestones, obligations, and portfolio status.
Maintain organized lease files and documentation in accordance with company standards.
Assist with audits, internal reviews, and ad‑hoc lease‑related requests.
Required Experience / Skills
5 years of experience in lease administration, real estate, or accounting.
Strong Excel and data management skills; experience as a Leasing Analyst.
Strong communication skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
Familiarity with lease abstraction and lease‑related financial processes.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
