LTC Staff Services Manager I Specialist (Hybrid Option) Department

Sacramento County – 1501 Capitol Avenue, Sacramento, CA 95814 Telework
Hybrid (up to 3 days per week) Pay Range
$7,172.00 - $8,910.00 per month Responsibilities
Project manage and lead evaluations and research on complex healthcare reimbursement policy issues. Develop issue papers, recommendations, and new reimbursement policies. Draft responses to CMS, control agencies, and Legislative inquiries. Coordinate stakeholder engagement, public communications, and legal review. Oversee Interested Parties Advisory Group reporting. Serve as point of contact for Medi-Cal rate‑setting negotiations with providers, advocates, and state agencies. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in public health, healthcare administration, finance, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare reimbursement, policy analysis, or related work. Project management experience. Experience with stakeholder engagement and complex fiscal analysis. Strong analytical, organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently. Benefits
