About The Role The Senior Manager of Technology Implementation drives the delivery, optimization, and adoption of enterprise workflow and productivity tools across the organization. The role initially focuses on leading a company-wide implementation of Adobe Workfront, while also aligning tool strategy to business objectives, consolidating overlapping tools, and establishing scalable processes to enhance cross‑functional collaboration. Additional responsibilities include promoting standardized documentation, prioritizing and assigning Technology Implementation requests, coordinating maintenance of the Technology knowledge‑base, maintaining vendor relationships with enterprise tool providers, and collaborating with stakeholders to produce required documentation and communications. The manager also collects team updates and presents key project highlights to the Technology department and BetMGM Executive team.
Responsibilities
Lead the Workfront Implementation program by managing consultant resources and project stakeholders to ensure scope, timelines, and budget are adhered to, and provide regular project updates to management and stakeholders.
Oversee initiatives to improve existing enterprise tool workflows in ServiceNow, SharePoint, Confluence, and JIRA.
Develop a Workfront support structure to address business stakeholder inquiries and requests.
Serve as the first point of escalation for initiative roadblocks and/or risks.
Manage a Technology Implementation team by prioritizing and assigning tasks, and providing support and guidance throughout initiatives.
Review and finalize work products such as user guides, business communications, and process documents to ensure quality standards are met.
Optimize tool rollouts by developing and coordinating rollout communications and training materials for stakeholders.
Maintain enterprise tools and technology knowledge bases by meeting with stakeholders regularly to align configuration and documentation with business strategy.
Align with the Director of Technology Strategy and Transformation to understand strategic needs and incorporate them into priorities.
Serve as the acting department lead when the Director is unavailable by attending meetings, providing updates to senior leadership, and managing team members.
Provide direct line management by setting performance objectives and coaching to ensure objectives are met.
Leverage data to create KPIs and dashboards to increase business visibility into technology department performance and IT project outcomes.
Qualifications
Experience working on a Workfront implementation initiative.
5+ years of experience managing a team in a fast‑paced environment.
Superior communication and interpersonal skills; experience communicating with executive teams is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to deliver autonomously within provided timelines by scoping initiatives and developing and maintaining a comprehensive project schedule.
Proven leadership experience, especially in building, leading, and motivating teams.
Expertise and demonstrated success in resource optimization and reporting.
Experience rolling out enhancements to enterprise tools that promote workflow efficiencies.
Ability to work across cultures and locations, driving team cohesion and effectiveness.
Demonstrated ability to partner with stakeholders including vendors, regulators, partners, and third parties.
Experience using tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, and Trello to optimize team efficiency.
Experience working alongside global stakeholders.
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in business or technology is preferred, but not required.
Experience in gaming, hospitality, retail, or similar industry preferred.
PMP certification desired, but not required.
The annual salary range for this position is $136 K to $181 K. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This position is also eligible for participation in a performance‑based bonus plan.
Gaming Compliance & Licensing Requirements As an online gaming company, BetMGM is required to comply with state gaming regulations, including licensing obligations. Applicable employees must be licensed by at least one jurisdictional agency, and some positions require licensing by multiple agencies. Failure to obtain or maintain licensure may result in termination. The licensing process includes comprehensive background checks covering criminal records, financial history, and personal background verification.
In addition, candidates must comply with and support the company’s responsible gambling policies, procedures, and initiatives.
