Requisition ID 36885 Pay Range Base pay: $168,400.00 / yr – $221,000.00 / yr (subject to role, experience and market adjustments)

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive government affairs strategy in the South Central Region, including state‑by‑state plans that support regional sales and supply‑chain objectives.

Understand the region’s political climate, industry complexities, and develop strategies within those constraints to achieve outcomes.

Align cross‑functional strategies to minimize risk and maximize impact.

Manage and direct legislative and political consultants.

Oversee regional government affairs operational and political contribution budgets.

Monitor issues and develop relationships in states lacking state‑based consultants.

Establish coalitions within the beer, beverage, and alcohol sectors to accomplish public‑policy objectives.

Represent Molson Coors’ government‑affairs interests within internal cross‑functional teams and among external stakeholders.

Qualifications

At least 10 years of experience in public‑policy management, coalition building, government service or communications.

Ideally located in Texas.

Skilled negotiator with a client‑focused mindset and a curiosity‑driven, innovative style.

Diplomatic, professional, with strong judgment in building and maintaining business relationships.

Challenges thrive on complex projects and deliver results quickly.

Demonstrates accountability, integrity, and a commitment to honoring promises.
