Role Description We are seeking a full-time Interim Director of Nursing for a travel role. The Interim Director of Nursing will oversee nursing operations, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and lead staff in providing high‑quality, patient‑centered care. Responsibilities include managing nursing teams, implementing best practices in infection control, supervising long‑term care initiatives, and collaborating with medical professionals to deliver exceptional services.
Qualifications
Strong expertise and experience in Nursing Management, including team leadership and operational oversight
Proficiency in Infection Control practices and implementation of healthcare regulations
In‑depth knowledge of Medicine and Nursing practices with a focus on patient care
Experience in Long‑term Care settings and ability to manage associated challenges
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Commitment to compliance with all healthcare policies and standards
Registered Nurse (RN) license or higher preferred
Prior senior nursing leadership experience in a healthcare facility is a plus
