What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Own the full sales cycle for survey and custom research solutions, from prospecting through to closing deals
Drive new business by targeting senior decision-makers at enterprise retailers
Develop and expand strategic client relationships to grow wallet share through survey and research offerings
Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and maintain client satisfaction
Represent the employer at industry events to generate demand and enhance market presence
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of enterprise software sales experience, specifically selling into retailers in consumer insights or related data/analytics
Proven experience as a sales hunter with a track record of driving strategic sales cycles
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with senior executives
Functional knowledge of Salesforce.com for managing accounts and opportunities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Knowledge and experience in the survey industry, particularly within the retail context
Working knowledge of retail-focused software applications and services (e.g., Nielsen, IRI)
Innovative and results-oriented mindset with strong software/tech sales experience, especially in SaaS
Experience in negotiating and renewing high-revenue partnerships requiring deep integrations
