Territory Business Manager As the Territory Business Manager, you will promote Beta Bionics products and services within your assigned geography, manage sales processes in endocrinology practices, internal medicine, and primary care offices, and collaborate with Clinical Diabetes Specialists and Inside Sales Specialists to achieve sales results.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Drive territory sales goals and exceed sales targets.
Plan and execute strategic targeting and territory management using Salesforce.com.
Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and office staff.
Demonstrate product expertise in discussing and demonstrating Beta Bionics products.
Build mutually beneficial relationships with customers at all levels.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Market Access, Marketing, and Customer Care.
Leverage deep knowledge of diabetes disease state, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
Problem‑solve in a fast‑paced, start‑up environment.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of prior medical device/tech or biopharma sales experience.
Diabetes sales experience required.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
Prior insulin pump sales experience preferred.
Compensation and Benefits Annual base salary $90,000 – $120,000, plus annual commission target resulting in an earnings target of $169,500 – $199,500. Equity and comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, 401(k) with company match, open PTO, and 10 paid holidays per year.
