Job Description

Actively participate in the technical discovery phase with customers to understand their needs and requirements.

Assist customers during the integration and onboarding process, ensuring smooth and successful deployment of solutions.

Explain complex technical concepts to C‑level executives and non‑technical audiences, ensuring they understand PayPal’s technology and value proposition.

Record and review the solutioning process with the integration team to ensure technical and business requirements are met.

Represent the technical voice of the customer internally, participating in product design and roadmap reviews to ensure customer needs are addressed.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

At least 5 years of experience working directly with large enterprise clients is preferred.

Industry experience with payments, merchant services, e‑commerce, and/or retail.

Strong relationship‑building skills with internal and external partners and a passion for collaborating on complex projects in a team environment.

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Comfortable presenting to C‑level executive audiences.

BS/BA or foreign equivalent in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar is preferred.
