What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Manage a team of 8‑12 Account Executives overseeing the complete sales process targeting various corporate personas

Become an expert on corporate customer needs, market dynamics, and product differentiation

Develop and implement strategic and tactical plans in collaboration with sales and marketing teams

Ensure cohesive sales efforts by collaborating with other departments

Provide regular reporting on execution progress, milestones, and pipeline development

What is Required (Qualifications)

Proven track record in managing a sales team that meets or exceeds targets in a B2B SaaS environment

Strong work ethic and a tenacious attitude towards achieving goals

Exceptional communication skills to manage teams and work cross‑functionally

Data‑driven approach to sales strategy with the ability to report on team progress

Knowledge of corporate personas, particularly in Corporate Strategy, Market Intelligence, Business Development, and Investor Relations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in leading sales teams within the market intelligence or SaaS industry

Familiarity with enterprise‑wide product sales strategies

Proven ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve targets

Understanding of competitive landscape and customer use cases in corporate settings
