Design, develop, and test complex software engineering projects using various technologies
Ensure outstanding end-user support and monitor Service Level Agreements for incident management
Execute project tasks with urgency and maintain clear communication using project management tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and update operating standards for data pipelines
Mentor junior staff in developing business and technical skills
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
4+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
Mastery of one or more Software Engineering tools, languages, and practices
Deep understanding of core healthcare clinical, business, and research processes
Availability for 24-hour on-call support on a staff rotation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, data management, or a related quantitative field
Experience working in cross-functional teams supporting data management and analytics initiatives
