What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Design, develop, and implement maintainable and scalable product features using web technologies

Ensure applications meet standards for performance, scalability, and security

What is Required (Qualifications)

6-10 years of experience as a software engineer with a focus on backend development

Strong foundation in web technologies and experience with common web frameworks

Proven ability to collaborate on complex projects with engineering and product teams

Understanding of accessibility and security compliance

Proficient in code versioning tools, such as Git

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests

Strong ownership of code and a desire to experiment with customer‑centered software development

Familiarity with Python, Django, MySQL, React, and Typescript
