Responsibilities

Lead store sales and profit growth by delivering an outstanding customer experience, upselling products, and implementing promotions.

Become a trusted piercing specialist through our training program, providing a safe and professional service.

Ensure smooth store operations: maintain inventory accuracy, handle transactions efficiently, and keep the store visually appealing.

Train and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and deliver top‑notch customer service.

Represent Claire’s brand enthusiastically, stay up to date with fashion trends, and translate that knowledge into compelling recommendations.

About You

Sales‑driven mindset: thrive on meeting and exceeding targets.

Customer‑centric approach: passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Retail & leadership experience: at least one year of retail management preferred.

Confidence in piercing services: willing to become a trained piercing specialist.

Strong communication and selling skills.

Ability to work independently and self‑motivate.

Job Requirements

Conduct piercings with patience and empathy, especially with young or anxious customers.

Proficient POS system operation to facilitate transactions.

High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one year overall retail experience.

Physical ability: stand during scheduled shifts and lift 11–35 kg (25–75 lbs).

Flexibility to bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders or step stools.

Passion for helping customers express themselves daily.

Drive for excellent customer service and alignment with our values: teamwork, compassion, integrity, customer delight, diversity, and self‑expression.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Mathematical proficiency for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.

Compensation Range: $19.50 – $21.50 per hour. Benefits for full‑time employees include medical, dental, vision, bonus eligibility, 401(k) match, vacation, sick time, and paid leave. Part‑time benefits include voluntary welfare plans, 401(k) match, vacation, sick time, and paid leave where required by state law.
