Tax Manager – Greater Boston, MA What You’ll Do
Review and manage complex individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary returns
Provide proactive planning and consultative support to business owners and high-net-worth clients
Supervise, mentor, and develop staff; review work to ensure technical accuracy and growth
Research complex tax issues and stay current on regulatory changes
Communicate directly with clients and build long-term, trusted relationships
Contribute to workflow management, process improvements, and team-wide best practices
What You’ll Bring
CPA or EA preferred
6+ years of public accounting tax experience, including return review
Strong technical expertise in individual, partnership, and corporate taxation
Confident communicator with proven client relationship skills
Experience leading and mentoring staff
Proficiency with common tax prep platforms (UltraTax, ProSystem, Lacerte, or similar)
