Our client, a leading financial organization in the investment sector, is seeking an Administrative Assistant IV to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant IV, you will be working in the Legal Compliance & Audit Department supporting executive leadership and operational teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proactive problem‑solving abilities, and a strong attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Provide high‑level support to assigned executives during peak periods, absences, or transitional phases, including complex calendar and meeting management, document preparation, and planning.
Support shared mailbox and intake workflows by triaging requests, gathering key details, and ensuring timely completion.
Review and analyze mail and incoming memos, drafting, editing, and formatting documents, letters, emails, presentations, and reports to determine their significance and plan distribution.
Book travel arrangements, manage itineraries, process expense reimbursements, and understand corporate policies related to T&E.
Assist with ad hoc assignments and specialized administrative projects to support organizational needs.
What's Needed?
High school diploma or GED required.
5+ years of experience supporting C‑Suite executives or senior leadership. Experience in legal environments or collaborating with attorneys is a plus!
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and MS Apps (Planner, Forms, Power Automate, Power BI), as well as Teams, Zoom, and Adobe.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
