Role Overview As a Senior Manager in Data Management and Strategy, you will lead complex processes and projects, ensuring quality and risk management while navigating organizational dynamics. You will work closely with clients to deliver insights and solutions that create business value, managing client relationships, engagement delivery, and travel requirements as needed.

Your Key Responsibilities

Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis.

Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements, ensuring effective engagement economics.

Exercise judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining results.

Skills And Attributes for Success

Strong understanding of data governance and management principles.

Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Experience leading teams and managing organizational change within complex organizations.

Commercial acumen and negotiation skills to identify new opportunities.

Ability to initiate requirements gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, and complete workflow and documentation.

Liaise with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into business solutions and complete configurations / integrations with SAP and non‑SAP systems.

Proven ability to construct and direct technology projects in line with organizational goals.

Expertise in project and program delivery methodologies, mentoring and developing others.

Strong analytical skills to develop creative solutions for complex problems.

Strategic thinking to drive sales, business growth, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

5‑7 years of relevant experience working with SAP modules and full‑cycle implementations.

Strong knowledge of Data Privacy principles.

Expertise in Master Data Management practices.

Experience with Data Governance frameworks.

Familiarity with Enterprise Data Strategy and Data Management concepts.

Proficiency in Metadata Management.

Understanding of Ontology Design.

Knowledge of IT Operating Models.

Familiarity with Data Fabric concepts.

Prior consulting experience.

Specialized skills in Data Fabric, Data Governance, Enterprise IT Architecture, and other data management disciplines.

Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.

Experience managing SAP projects or work streams and project‑based team members.

Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments, and prior advisory experience relevant to industry‑specific finance and technology functions.

Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies.

Proven experience providing governance and leadership oversight for enterprise SAP data migration programs.

Willingness to travel to meet client needs.

Ideally, You’ll Also Have

Experience with Data Office Organization and IT Architecture.

Familiarity with Digital Fluency and Hybrid Collaboration techniques.

Strong emotional agility to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics.

Experience with enterprise SAP Data Migration, Master Data Governance and Data Analytics.

A proactive approach to identifying and solving client issues.

A comprehensive compensation and benefits package, with a base salary range of $144,000 to $329,100 in the U.S., and adjusted ranges for key metros.
