Enterprise Director of Business (Full Time)
Department: Broward County Aviation Department

Responsibilities
Lead revenue growth strategy for aviation, real estate, general aviation, and rental car operations.
Develop, implement, and forecast concession development plans and general aviation/real estate strategies.
Oversee lease negotiations, contract compliance, and amendments for tenants and airport users.
Prepare financial performance reports, amortization schedules, and cost‑benefit analyses for the Aviation Department.
Represent the Aviation Department to stakeholders, promote airport business development, and manage relationships with county agencies.
Manage a staff of approximately 13, including assistant Enterprise Director, senior business development manager, airport property managers, and rental car manager.
Maintain the Business Division website and public information communications.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Economics, Finance or related field.
Minimum 6 years progressively responsible experience in business and financial planning, including 4 years of supervisory experience.
Florida E‑Class driver’s license and airport security/badging and airfield driving privileges.
Strong financial acumen, strategic mindset, and effective communication skills.
Preferred
Graduate degree in related field.
10+ years progressive aviation‑related commercial or business development experience.
Advanced knowledge of modern airport financial management principles.
Physical Demands Sedentary work with occasional walking or standing, and regular keyboard operations.
