Overview Domino’s Pizza is hiring General Managers to lead stores, ensuring high standards in food quality, customer service, and profitability.
Responsibilities
Oversee all operations during the shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Set a positive example and enforce all policy and procedures 100% of the time.
Manage staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, image standards, marketing, and store profitability.
Maintain store cleanliness, perfect image, and adherence to operational standards.
Drive team members to provide great customer service.
Ensure punctuality, attendance, transportation to/from work, and meeting all operational expectations.
Qualifications
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Proficiency with verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination for quick and precise workplace movements.
Strong computer or touchscreen usage skills for order entry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers and coworkers.
Ability to read a map and navigate a delivery area efficiently.
Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle for delivery duties.
Physical ability to handle typical store tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and occasional climbing.
Work Conditions
Exposure to varying outdoor weather when removing trash and performing outside tasks.
Store temperatures range from 36°F in the cooler to 90°F+ in work areas.
Potential exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces up to 500°F.
Physical tasks include standing, walking, bending, reaching, carrying, pushing, and occasional climbing.
