We are looking for a strategic and experienced

Talent Acquisition Partner/Expert

who will play a key role in shaping our Talent Acquisition

culture , building strong partnerships with the business, and attracting top-tier talent across multiple domains. This is not just a recruiter role - we’re looking for a true talent

advisor and business partner .

Requirements & Professional Competencies:

5+ years of experience

as a Talent Acquisition Expert, at least 3 years experience in Fintech/Crypto/iGaming.

Proven track record in

building or scaling Talent Acquisition culture

in fast-growing or large organizations (100+ employees).

Experience acting as a

trusted business partner

with deep understanding of organizational needs and growth strategies.

Ability to

build long-term partnerships

with hiring managers and top management, serving as a strategic advisor on hiring and talent market trends.

Hands‑on experience hunting and hiring for a

broad range of roles :

Technical

(developers, engineers)

Business functions

(Product, Marketing, Operations, etc.) -

mandatory .

Active offline / online participation in professional communities

(proven experience visiting conferences, meetups, industry groups).

Strong skills in direct outreach

to rare and highly specialized talent .

Ability to manage

multiple strategic roles simultaneously , ensuring high‑quality stakeholder engagement.

Proficiency with modern

ATS tools

(e.g., BambooHR, TeamTailor) and advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) for precise, targeted talent acquisition.

Personal Qualities & Approach:

Business driver & True Hustler.

Proven portfolio of successful Talent Acquisition projects , such as:

Launching referral programs

Building new Talent Acquisition functions

Redesigning the candidate journey

Autonomous and proactive : able to propose solutions, implement them, and take ownership of results.

Strong

soft skills : openness to feedback, analytical mindset, ability to clearly communicate ideas and influence stakeholders.

High standard of communication with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.

Comfortable working in a

dynamic and fast‑changing environment , without rigid guidelines.

Willingness to travel, attend industry conferences, and actively grow professional networks.
